Emily Gunderson
Nominated for Secretary and Website & Social Media Coordinator
Hello! My name is Emily Gunderson, and I am a Professional Member of NDID currently working at NEO Interior Design Studio. Interior design has always been more than just a career for me—it’s a way to improve the quality of life by creating spaces that are both functional and inspiring.
I earned my AAS Interior Design degree, where I developed a strong foundation in design principles, space planning, and project management. Before jumping into the design side, I worked on the rep side of the industry. That experience gave me a great behind-the-scenes look at products, client relationships, and how the business really works. It helped shape how I approach design today. Since making the switch, I’ve worked on a variety of residential and commercial projects and have loved collaborating with clients and other professionals to bring their ideas to life.
Being an NDID member has been a meaningful part of my professional journey. It’s given me opportunities to stay connected to the design community, advocate for our profession, and contribute to the advancement of design in Fargo/Moorhead and surrounding areas.
When I’m not working on design projects, I enjoy volunteering my time with the BIA—currently serving as Vice Chair on the Events and Home Show Committee. When I’m not working at all, I enjoy spending time at the lake, hanging out with my friends and family, golfing, and all the summer concerts. I'm honored to be a part of NDID and look forward to continuing to support and grow within this amazing design community!

Haley Kaspari
Nominated for Secretary and Website & Social Media Coordinator
My name is Haley Kaspari and I’ve been practicing interior design for over 10 years! I’ve been a professional member of NDID since 2014, and prior to that, I was a student member while I was in the program at NDSU. In my personal life, I spend a lot of time in the gym training for power lifting, I am on 2 curling leagues during the winter, and in the summer, I spend as much time at the lakes as possible! I have 2 sweet kitties: Beanie and Rat Baby. They like to play in the yard when the weather is nice. Not too long ago, I started a new position with Stone Group Architects as the Director of Interiors and I love it so far! I have enjoyed being on the board in the past and I’m happy to be considered for an upcoming position!

Anna Vacura
Nominated for Secretary
My name is Anna Vacura! I am originally from Northwest Iowa and graduated from Iowa State University in 2023. After graduation I moved to Fargo after accepting a position with Zerr Berg Architects, where I have been for almost 2 years now. My favorite part of the job is creating spaces that positively impact the community and individuals - and I love getting to be creative! I am currently working towards my NCIDQ certification and hope to be certified by the end of this year! In my free time I enjoy spending time outside - fishing, kayaking, and gardening in the warmer months, and ice fishing in the colder months. I joined NDID in 2023 and have enjoyed attending all the events. I would love the opportunity to get more involved with the organization and hope to do so as your secretary!

Koral Busch
Nominated for Secretary
As a North Dakota native, and military veteran, I have worked the last 13 years in the flooring industry first with Syverson Tile and now with Patcraft. I have been involved in NDID while with Syverson and again now with Patcraft. I absolutely love my position with Patcraft and being able to work with our wonderful Design community. I am Schluter II and CEU certified and oddly enough, I also have my CDL. I graduated from NDSU with a BS degree in Zoology in 2010. I am a married mother of 3 (4, if you count the husband), 4 fur babies, and 1 bird. I currently live in Walcott, ND and thankfully enjoy being constantly busy. On the weekends, I find peace, on a lake, fishing, or with my nose buried in a book still in my pajamas.

Jasmine Erbes
Nominated for Website & Social Media Coordinator
My name is Jasmine Erbes, and I am an Interior Designer at TL Stroh Architects and Interiors where I have worked since my college graduation in 2023! I spent four years at NDSU where I gathered a bachelor’s of science in Interior Design with a minor in Entrepreneurship. One of my favorite parts of my college experience was studying not only interior design, but also fashion design and Italian during my study abroad experience in Florence, Italy. Some of my personal hobbies include traveling, running, spending time with my family/friends, cooking, thrifting, and collecting vinyl records! In my professional life, I am working on meeting the required number of hours of work experience it takes to become eligible to take the NCIDQ exam where I hope to become a certified designer. My favorite sectors of interior design are workplace, retail, and hospitality. My involvement with NDID began during my time at NDSU where I spent a few years in college as a student member and since then have been a professional member for the past two years. I would love the opportunity to collaborate with fellow professionals while supporting the Fargo community and the local interior design industry. Thank you for your consideration in electing me as an NDID board member!
